Overnight oat

Lunch..Kene makan untuk elakkan gastric. Tapi taknak makan heavy sebab akan rasa mengantuk and everything jadi slow. Solution is overnight oat. Ni baru second day. Tak tahu sampai bila boleh bertahan. Good for me kan. Tak tahu macam mana orang lain istiqamah. Tadi diorang ajak lunch, dah terbayang macam-macam. Ishhhh. Sokay, cakap ada bekal…

Overnight oat super sedap.

First recipe – Oat, chia seed, yogurt, fresh milk, peanut butter, nuts and grape.

Second recipe – Oat, chia seed, yogurt, fresh milk, blueberry jam, nuts and apple.
