Saya suka makan dan saya nak sihat!

Sekarang berat badan macam dah turun sikit
Hoyeahh

Sebabnya hari-hari breakfast dengan Cheerios sama susu

Cheerios ni cereal yang bagus sebab ada 5grains – corn, rice, wheat, oats & barley

 

Tengah hari makan ikut suka

Nasi ayam madu kat pelita
Carbonara kat Backofen
Nasi campur kat Spicy
Burger and Fries kat Burger King
Yeah..Ikut tekak la nak makan apa

Petang kalau cuaca bagus, sampai rumah awal, pi jog kat tasik
Sambil menghirup udara segar
Peluh keluar jugak kan

Malam
Makan buah- pisang\anggur\epal\kiwi

Sebelum tidur, minum susu

Siappppppp

Senang betul jaga diri sendiri
