Sukar tidur?

Macam mana nak bagi tidur lena?

  1. Susu panas
  2. Nasi/ Roti
  3. Oatmeal
  4. Pisang
  5. Cherry

 

Hek elehhhhhhh..Sekarang, balik rumah, belum apa-apa dah ngantuk, aper citer kan..

Kadang-kadang malas nak dinner, terus tido..

Esok pagi gelabah lapar
